We are HIRING for a Relationship Manager NEXA for our Organization RNS Motors Pvt Ltd, to be stationed in Nelamangala in Bangalore. The Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for managing customer relationships, driving car sales, and providing an exceptional buying experience at the NEXA showroom. The RM will engage with potential customers, understand their needs, suggest suitable car models, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction & Sales:Engage with walk-in and referred customers at the NEXA showroom.Understand customer preferences, budget, and requirements to recommend suitable NEXA models.Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.Maintain a high level of product knowledge about NEXA cars, features, and competitors.Lead Management & Follow-ups:Maintain and follow up with leads generated from various sources (walk-ins, referrals, online inquiries, events, etc.).Ensure timely follow-ups via phone, email, and WhatsApp to nurture potential buyers.Maintain a strong relationship with existing customers for repeat sales and referrals.Documentation & Financing Assistance:Assist customers with the car booking process, loan approvals, and documentation.Coordinate with banks/finance teams for smooth loan processing.Ensure timely completion of vehicle delivery formalities.Customer Service & Retention:Provide an outstanding customer experience throughout the purchase journey.Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.Stay connected with customers post-sale for feedback, service reminders, and future purchases.Achieving Sales Targets & Reporting:Work towards achieving individual and showroom sales targets.Keep records of sales performance and submit regular reports to the sales manager.Stay updated on market trends and competitor pricing.

Operations Management:Oversee the complete body shop operations including repair, painting, denting, and insurance claim processes.Ensure repairs meet Maruti Suzukis quality standards and industry regulations.Manage job allocation, workflow, and turnaround time to maximize efficiency.Monitor and control the inventory of spares, consumables, and paints to prevent wastage.Customer Service & Satisfaction:Ensure timely and quality service delivery to customers.Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure quick resolution.Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores by improving service quality.

We are Maruthi Suzuki car authorised showroom . 4. DSE / RM Sales Showroom : a. Ability to educate showroom visitors about different cars and featuresb. Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsc. Professional appearance, friendly manner and positive attituded. Strong customer service .Participate in events organised by the company, generate enquiries. Follow up with the enquiries generated. Convert them to sales. Customer satisfaction. Referral follow up.Organise test drives. Coordinate for finance options. Earn More than 25000 per month inclusive of salary and incentives. Good communication. Two wheeler driving license and two wheeler is mandatory.English and Kannada knowledge is necessary for communication with customers.
