I need a young female preferably from fashion designing background, if not then she should be smart, intelligent, should have ability to influence the clients. She will give query to our wholesale buyers and multi designer stores in India and abroad and should be alert in 24 x 7. She has to execute the orders / stock piece through execution department and would ensure the order reaches to the buyers/clients within the stipulated time. We would give the candidates a thorough training. We are looking forward to the client who will grow with our organization and would prefer long term career.

She is responsible for fabric, dye, embroidery, stitching, finishing, quality control and handover the outfit to the CRM within timeline. Good rapport with Karigars, must be experience working in pressure, Should have knowledge of the product cost and accordingly they will responsible for releasing work to the karigars, Female candidates from Fashion designing background are required for this positions and who has already worked in a ladies garment manufacturing company.

The candidate should greet customers, understanding their needs, presenting the latest fashion collections, providing personalized styling advice, processing sales transactions, and achieving sales targets by actively engaging with customers while maintaining a high level of customer service, all while staying updated on current fashion trends and promoting the store's brand image. Key responsibilities include:Customer Interaction:Welcoming customers warmly and proactively engaging them upon entry. Actively listening to customer needs and preferences to suggest suitable garments. Providing detailed information about product features, fabric composition, and styling options. Assisting customers in finding the right size and fit. Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly. Sales Generation:Promoting current collections and highlighting key sales promotions. Demonstrating the latest fashion trends and styling techniques. Upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales opportunities. Closing sales effectively and processing transactions accurately. Maintaining sales targets and achieving individual sales goals. Product Knowledge:Staying updated on new arrivals, seasonal trends, and brand styles. Thoroughly understanding the features and benefits of each garment. Learning about different fabric types, cuts, and design details. Customer Relationship Building:Building rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Maintaining customer records and tracking purchase history. Following up with customers after their visit to address any concerns. Operational Tasks:Maintaining inventory records and stock levels. Reporting sales data and analyzing performance metrics. Adhering to store policies and procedures. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Bengali
