Job Description:A full-time Pharmacist who can offer counseling to patients on their medication needs andprovide accurate medication distribution services. The successful candidate will be able toutilize the available information to track and understand each clients medication historyand make recommendations to the Drug Delivery Department.Responsibilities: Communicate with patients suffering from various ailments post discharge tounderstand the need for medicines and accordingly explain the importance ofmedication compliance To engage with patients over the call to understand need for medications Processing prescriptions and raising an indent to Drug Delivery Team for dispensingmedications at the patients location for online orders Collecting payments from the patients through an online payment system To make sure medicines supplied corresponds with the prescriptions To make sure there is no dispensing error To track the delivery of ordered medications To handle patient queries and providing response from pre-defined FAQs. To receive regular feedback from team managers and undergo program relatedtraining and on the job training on a regular basis. To maintain record of drug orders against the prescription copies To maintain a record of invoices against the drug orders To maintain record of controlled substancesSkills: Clarity in communication; Ability to articulate and talk to the patient in a clearmanner without ambiguity Active Listening skills; Analyzing information; Attention to detail Thorough understanding of dosage administration and measurement, chemicalcompounds, and medical brands Passionate about the role and have patient care as priority A natural conversationalist: should be well read and can engage patients Entering, transcribing, recording, storing or maintaining information in written orelectronic form Should be a team player and have ability to bridge the gap across all departments.

Education QualificationOnly Graduation. Experience DetailsMinimum 1 year BPO Experience Languages KnownEnglish with Hindi Rounds of Interview--- HR-Versant-OPS-Client Notice Period Immediate Joiners (21st March & 28th March) Salary Offered-- 23K CTC(22500 Take home) Nature of WorkShould be comfortable with Both WFO & WFH (Basis on client) Days of Work 6 days working with 1 day week-off
