About the Opportunity: We are seeking energetic and persuasive Tele Callers to promote and sell health insurance policies over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining policy benefits, addressing customer queries, and closing sales. This role is ideal for individuals who are motivated by targets and have a passion for helping people secure health coverage.Responsibilities of the Candidate: Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell health insurance policies. Understand customer needs and provide suitable insurance solutions. Explain policy details, features, benefits, premium rates, and terms clearly and convincingly. Handle customer queries and objections effectively. Follow up with interested prospects to convert leads into customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and customer information in the CRM. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI regulations during all interactions.Requirements: Fresher to 6 months to 1 year of telesales or customer service experience (preferably in insurance services). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in [English and/or regional languages]. Basic knowledge of health insurance products is an advantage. Proficiency in using computers. High school diploma or graduation required.
