Hiring For 2 Design Engineer Jobs In Bhosari Midc, With Minimum 2 Years Experience,Required Educational Qualification Is : Diploma,Other Bachelor Degree With Good Knowledge In Catia, Autocad, Detail Engineering, Choke And Transformer Design, Autocad Designer, Solid Edge Etc.have experience in choke and transformer design

1)Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and Responding to breakdowns, Diagnosing faults. 2) Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings. 3) Responsible for all the maintenance activity. Electrical/Maintenance/Hydraulic/Pneumatic) carried out in the Company Premises Responsible for up keeping of utilities & machine accessories. 4) Responsible for Documentation work related to Maintenance. AMC & factory equipment. 5) maintenance plan within due period Completion of Project Infrastructure related within agreed timeline. 6) Maintenance Accountable for Installation & commissioning of new machines 100%. 7) Procurement and issue of material used for Maintenance Accountable for Inventory Management Designing of Maintenance related Job as required for Repair work Representing Maintenance Department. 8) Coordinate with other functions (process, purchase, Production, etc.) of the plant for proactive planning of daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance activities.

1) New Product Development. 2) Knowledge of IEEE, IEC, UL, IS etc standards for certification of new products with safety, Peformance and testing requirements. 3) Knowledge of Electrical and Electronics circuits, Schematics, Control systems,circuit design & Calculations. 4) Hands on experience in 3D & 2D design electromechanical systems (JIg, Fixtures, Test benches, 3D modelling & assembly of complete systems, Drafting, GD&T). 5) selection, Procurement of testing instruments and materials for new product development. 6) Getting New prodcuts, materials tested from Labs. 7) Process Development. 8) Creates designs within inter-disciplinary teams to address complex product design and manufacturing challenges. 9) Leads feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs. 10) Develops testing, engineering analysis, qualification testing, Responsible for failure analysis investigations and engineering evaluations. 11) Maintains product documentation (drawings and specifications) and lessons learned; produce design reports, test reports, operating manuals and test procedures.
