Develops and designs courses and curriculum.Edits and develops online learning materials.Creates learning experiences and environments.Designs learning activities, assignments, and assessments.Creates computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.Develops instructors manuals, rubrics, and other teaching tools.Collaborates with subject experts to develop course content.Manages online learning communities.Analyzes, updates, and refines existing online content.Trains instructors, students, and employees in how to use learning technologies.Keeps current on best practices in instructional design.Writes scripts for video and audio content.Works with technical staff to troubleshoot problems reported by usersKnowledge of instructional theory, including assessmentProficiency with learning management systems (LMS)Understanding of web site design best practicesExcellent project management and organizational skillsExperience with design platforms, such as Articulate, Adobe software etc. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clientsCritical thinking skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines

Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream. Marketing or advertising will be idealExperience: minimum 1 or 2 years full time work experience in hotel industry (sales or events),events company, marketing agency. Previous experience of large or medium scale events (online or offline) preferred. Powerpoint/ Canva/design experience Planning and executing the marketing activities for eventsIdentifying gaps and opportunity for marketing activities at eventsWorking with various verticals/business heads to ensure their event needs are being metWorking with event operations resource to ensure end to end smooth operations of the eventGetting sponsors & working with them for sponsorships and ensuring their deliverables are metIdentifying opportunities to conducting activations and lead generation activities for various courses as neededEnsuring marketing goals for the event are met by collaborating working with SM team/agenciesAbility to work under deadlinesExperience of managing people would be added advantagepreferred
