Urgently required an Accounts Executive in a reputed Online Shopping Firm based on Kolkata.Responsibilities and DutiesBanking related work, reconciliation work.Assignments related to import duties / licenses as & when needed.Handle income tax related matter i.e., timely payment of income tax / service taxes pertaining to particular financial year, filing of returns in stipulated time.Should have hands on experience in TDS matters.Handle petty cash matter for day to day transactions.Preparation of relevant vouchers & invoices.Preparation and finalization of Quarterly/monthly reports.Accounts Receivable/ payableInteract with Suppliers: Issue PO, Follow for delivery and make Payments.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsGood Communication Skills, Expertise in Tally ERP 9, GST, day to day Accounting transactions. Vendor Payments & Vouchers. Bank Reconciliation, Payroll Package, PF & ESI process, statutory Compliance, Tax Audit, Balance sheet,Petty Cash Handling.Education-Must be at least B.ComShould have knowledge in written and spoken EnglishMin. 1 year experience.
