As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR department by managing various activities related to employee relations and organizational effectiveness. This position is based in Laxminagar and is open to fresh graduates.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Recruitment Support:** Assist in the hiring process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews to ensure the selection of suitable candidates.- **Onboarding Process:** Facilitate the onboarding experience for new employees, helping them integrate into the company through orientation sessions and introduction to their teams.- **Employee Records Management:** Maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations for easy reference and compliance.- **Training and Development:** Assist in identifying training needs and organizing sessions to help employees enhance their skills and knowledge related to their roles.- **Employee Relations:** Support employee engagement initiatives and address any workplace queries or concerns to foster a positive work environment.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess a Bachelors degree in B.A, B.B.A, or B.Com. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. The ability to work well in a team and handle confidential information with discretion is expected.
