Identify and approach potential clients through calls, emails, meetings, and client visits asrequired. Present and pitch company services (apps, websites, robotics) to clients with confidenceand clarity. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business growth. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to provide suitablesolutions. Achieve sales targets by converting leads into projects. Maintain proper records of interactions, proposals, and follow-ups. Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities when required.Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Education: MBA in Marketing & Sales (preferred), or any graduate with strong interest insales & marketing. Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, sourcing candidates, and shortlisting resumes. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring efficient scheduling and communication. Maintain candidate records and ensure data is updated in the applicant tracking system or relevant databases. Help draft and send offer letters and assist in the pre-employment process, including reference checks and document collection. Assist in managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring stock levels are adequate. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and company events. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and ensuring that all necessary documents are completed. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and office-related matters. Assist in implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.Job Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in HR recruitment and office administration. Ready to learn new technologies. Familiarity with recruitment tools, candidate sourcing techniques, and interview coordination. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees and candidates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software are advantageous.Qualification: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent work experience, is required. Completing a relevant course is preferred.
