The Inside Sales Executive / Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential investors who respond to our digital campaigns or property listings, explaining the fractional investment model, and converting them into active users/investors on the Ribitto platform.This role requires excellent communication, persuasive ability, and strong customer relationship skills to drive user acquisition and onboarding.

We believe in Collaborative Intelligence (CINTEL) to move beyond machines replacing people or automating their jobs and instead focus on maximising the benefits of using human capabilities, rich data, and artificial intelligence.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Python, Django, React, Redux, and other modern technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, etc.) to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and suggestions to improve overall code quality.Continuously stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into your work where appropriate.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack DeveloperStrong proficiency in Python, Django, and related backend technologiesIn-depth knowledge of React, Redux, and modern front-end developmentFamiliarity with RESTful APIs, databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL), and web servicesExperience with version control systems, such as GitNice-to-Have:Experience with other front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) or back-end frameworks (e.g., Flask, FastAPI)Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban
