Rhythm ConPro is searching for a qualified Site Engineer to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to our high standards. Here are some of the key responsibilities you will undertake:Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, material procurement, quality control, and safety.Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project plans are followed.Manage and motivate construction crews, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and produce high-quality work.Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality concerns.Maintain accurate project documentation, including budgets, schedules, and daily logs.Track project progress and report any deviations from the plan to the Project Manager.Address any issues or concerns raised by workers, clients, or regulators.Ensure the construction site complies with all relevant building codes and safety regulations.
