Job Description: MOLDING INCHARGE(COOLER)Location: Kundli, Sonipat, HaryanaCompany: RG IndustriesEmployment Type: Full-TimeExperience Required: 8 years in a similar roleIndustry: Manufacturing.Salary: Up to 7 Lakhs Annually Position Summary:Key Responsibilities:1.) Daily makes a production rejection report of all molding machines.2.) Manages day and night duty schedules of workers.3.) Proper handling /stacking of Granules, carton sheets, crates and other material.4.) Pre information for preventive maintenance of all machines and spares.5.) Instantly mould changed as per plan and new moulds also trailed.6.) To keep the shop floor.7.) Parameter setting as per products.8.) Rejection cutting in crusher.9.) Training to new operators.Educational Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or related field.Experience: 2+ years of experience in operating injection moulding, CNC, or die-casting machines.Knowledge of injection moulding, blow moulding, or die-casting processes.Ability to read technical drawings, blueprints, and machine manuals.Familiarity with machine troubleshooting and basic maintenance.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.Why Join Us?
