Job Description: Sales EngineerLocation: PuneExperience: 12 YearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and technically inclined Junior Sales Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical or electronics engineering and 12 years of experience in sales or technical support of electrical control panels and power monitoring devices. This role involves direct customer interaction, technical product promotion, and close coordination with the internal technical team.Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell power monitoring devices and related solutions to industrial and commercial clients.Conduct onsite customer visits for product presentations, technical discussions, and relationship building.Collaborate with internal technical and application teams to ensure successful project implementation.Maintain detailed records of client interactions, technical feedback, and market intelligence.Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including basic troubleshooting and clarification of technical specs.Qualifications:Diploma or B.E. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering.12 years of experience in technical sales or support, preferably in power monitoring or industrial automation domains.Requirements:Strong communication, presentation, and customer handling skills.Good technical understanding and ability to simplify complex concepts for customers.Willingness to travel frequently for onsite client meetings and product demos.Two-wheeler ownership (mandatory) for local travel.
