The job would require basic accounting skills which includes making all the accounts, To make lists of all the different vendors appointed for the project, keep a record of all the payments made to each of the vendors, invoices filing, printing all finances related documents and proper filing of all the receipts and payments made into hard copies with correct categorization, A record of all the invoices that we have made to clients, To every week update the work that has been done on each of the project and remind about the time to make the new invoices to the clients, Making timelines for each of the project and following up with payments according to the timelines.
