Data AnalystJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making and strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into critical information and insights that drive business results.---Key Responsibilities:Collect, clean, and interpret data from multiple sources.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to present data clearly and effectively.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals and data needs.Develop and maintain databases and data systems reorganizing data as needed.Use statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.Assist in forecasting and predictive modeling using data analytics tools.Ensure data integrity and security.---Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Knowledge of statistical packages (e.g., R, Python, SAS) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.---Preferred Skills:Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is an advantage.Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.Understanding of machine learning algorithms (optional but beneficial).
