ReLiva is a team of specialized physiotherapists working tirelessly towards delivering patient centere physiotherapy treatment with a sense of personal touch.We are looking for enthusiastic Physiotherapists. We are searching for anyone from a Junior level through to a Senior Physiotherapist for this position at Aurangabad . The clinic department treats a wide variety of patients varying from orthopedic to cardiopulmonary along with other cases. We deliver services in: Musculoskeletal patients, Cardiopulmonary Patients,Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Womens and Mens Health. The post requires the suitable applicant to be IAP/State registered, possess a positive attitude and a passion to deliver a high standard of patient care. The chosen candidate would be required to independently manage patients. Though regular supervision and mentorship would be provided. There will also be the expectation of weekend working for IPD patients. As part of the physiotherapy departments commitment to meeting patient needs and delivering excellence we encourage our staff to work their hours flexibly, it is therefore essential the post holder be able to work their hours flexibly, hours are negotiable. Roles and Responsibilities:Meeting with patients to assess what their physical challenges are and deciding on suitable treatment programmes Monitoring the progress of patients and adjusting or changing treatments as neededLiaising with other healthcare professionals, such as General Practitioners Involving the families and caregivers of patients in their treatment programmes and the delivery of careUpdating and maintaining accurate patient case notes and reportsAbility to maintain judgement under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to demonstrate excellent clinical reasoning processes The successful candidate will be flexible and able to work weekend shifts as well

The role and responsibilities will be:1.Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and provide information about the service as required by the customer2.Keep records of interactions with customer; keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments3.Follow up customers and their complaints; ensuring that customers requests are attended to accordingly.4.Providing complete information about the product to the customer.5.Solving all service related issues of the customers.6.Maintaining and updating the information of the customers regularly.7.Providing the best possible solution to the queries of the customers
