Dallas, Texas based Health Care Providers are currently hiring for AR and patient care advocate callers (Experience in US Healthcare or proficient communication in English) who can join us immediately for our Hyderabad location.Job Title: Patient Care Advocate Callers:Job Location: Gachibowli, HyderabadJob Type: Full timeSalary Rs 16,515.00 - 25,000.00 PM (Negotiable) Job Responsibilities Must have been in AR calling for at least 1 to 3 Yrs. Responsible for calling and receiving patient calls, calling insurance companies (US Calling) and follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivable. Basic Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Ensure targets are met on a daily/weekly/monthly basis within the stipulated timelines. Knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability & Accountability) is preferred Good knowledge in Denial management. Ensure that the deliverable to the client adheres to the quality measurements.
