You'll play a pivotal role in maximizing performance and fostering a culture of success, with a key focus on closing sales and driving strategieswith your team to propel the company forward+ DUITES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:+ Required Skills & Qualifications:Job DescriptionData Sourcing & Management - Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkden, Fundoodata, Google search & other online social media and from the offlinenetwork of decision makers of the events from the HR & Marketing departments of companies in the businessMaintaining the database on the internal templates of the organisationVerify and scrutinize all event related inquiriesSALES MEETINGSPreparing for meeting through structured research about target clientHaving effective sales meetings in order to:Understand the events eco system of the clients / wedding expectation of the familyPosition our company as the best choice of the client.Generate / identify requirements for event from the clientSALES PROPOSALS / PRESENTATIONSCreate presentations based on clients requirements.Coordinate with operations team to generate proposals & pre-event P&LSALES CONVERSIONManaging client expectations while developing and maintaining strong relationshipsNegotiate a Win-Win dealsMaintain profitability index as per companies guidelinesCLIENT COORDINATIONWrite emails professionally to maintain all discussions with the client on recordBe the interface between the client & the operations team from the contract to completion of the eventOversee the entire Event & Wedding Sales process from start to finish
