The role involves providing professional consultation and assistance to individuals seeking to study, work, or settle abroad. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a good understanding of immigration processes for destinations such as Canada, Australia, the UK, and the USA.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct telephonic and online counseling sessions with prospective clients regarding immigration, study abroad, and work visa programs.Explain visa categories, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, and application processes.Assess clients profiles to determine eligibility for various immigration or visa options.Maintain updated knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and program changes.Follow up with leads and maintain records of client interactions.Assist clients through the application process, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.Achieve individual and team-based targets for consultations, conversions, and client satisfaction.Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., documentation, legal, admissions) to ensure a seamless client experience.Handle client queries professionally and provide timely resolutions.Required Qualifications and Skills12th/Bachelors degree (preferably in Arts, Business, Communications, or a related field).13 years of experience in immigration consulting, overseas education counseling, or telesales.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and customer service skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Preferred AttributesPrior experience in a tele calling or counseling role within the immigration.Positive attitude, empathy, and strong ethical standards.Ability to quickly learn and adapt to changing visa and immigration regulations.Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Training and career development opportunities.Supportive and dynamic work environment.
