Work location: Dubai, UAE.Opportunity to relocate.Responsibilities:Campaign Development & Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to increase leads and conversions.Targeted Ad Strategy: Develop targeted ad strategies using audience segmentation, lookalike audiences, and retargeting to achieve business goals.Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with the content and design teams to develop engaging ad copy and visuals that align with the brands objectives.Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA) and provide actionable insights for optimization and improvement.Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets to ensure high ROAS and efficient use of resources.A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, visuals, and landing pages to continuously optimize campaign performance.Stay Updated on Trends: Stay current on social media trends, Facebook algorithm changes, and new ad features to maintain best practices.Performance Reporting: Develop and present reports to management, highlighting key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. (Preferably interior design or architecture background)3-5 years of experience managing Facebook and Instagram paid ad campaigns, preferably within the interior design and fit out industry.Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads, with experience in audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.

Location: DubaiWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This position involves a balanced work environment, with 50% of the time spent on-site and 50% in the office. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating with suppliers and contractors, ensuring smooth project execution, and managing necessary approvals.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate project activities and schedules with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and execution.Oversee the procurement process, including vendor selection and management.Manage and track project documentation, including contracts, agreements, and approvals.Facilitate communication between team members, sub contractors, suppliers and external partners.Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and budgets.Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on-site.Participate in project meetings and provide updates on status and milestones.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination or management.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of construction processes and regulations is a plus.
