Indeed, apana job, Aasan job, placement India, and much more. Job post portal3. Source the candidate from various job portals. 4. Shortlist the candidate based on JD & have a first round of screening. 5. Share the resume with the HR Manager & Keep a track of it. 6. Facilitate the interview between the client and candidate. 7. Help in boarding process. 8. Should have experience in sourcing, screening, cold calling, hot calling. (Or willing to work)
