We are looking for a dedicated ITI Fitter to join our team in Vatva. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and repairing various mechanical components. This role requires a good understanding of machines and tools, along with a strong commitment to safety and quality.Key Responsibilities:- **Assembly of Components**: You will be responsible for assembling mechanical parts according to specifications, ensuring they are connected properly for optimal performance.- **Repair and Maintenance**: Regular maintenance and repair of existing equipment will be part of your duties to keep machinery in good working condition.- **Reading Technical Drawings**: You should be able to interpret and work from technical drawings and schematics to ensure accuracy in your work.- **Quality Inspection**: Performing quality checks on assembled parts and finished products will ensure they meet the required standards and specifications.- **Safety Compliance**: You must follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have completed their I.T.I. and must possess familiarity with basic fitting tools and techniques. A practical approach to solving problems and the ability to work efficiently under supervision are essential. Good communication skills and teamwork capability are important, as you will work closely with other team members. Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring all work meets quality standards. Experience of up to 2 years in a similar role is preferred, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.
