The ideal candidate with Experience in the Marketing of Construction Engineering Products to Heavy Civil Construction Works Hydro Project / Dams/ Tunnels/ Railways/ Metros / Therma Power Plants & Transportation Sector.He should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's Targets.Objectives of this role Establish positioning, identify, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.skills and qualifications. Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns. MECHANICAL SITE ENGINEERS: 6 Nos (Preferred Age -23 to 33 Years) ALL INDIA BASIS Responsible for managing staff under his supervision and ensure high quality Execution of the Job Works Coordination and supervision of installation of the mechanical services of project Site. Review and ensure the documents prepared meets the quality standard requirements. Responsible for timely delivery of the expected outputs/ Production Schedules. Carry out design of services for projects according to the Clients Design requirement and as per international standards and codes of practices, Carry out site inspections and assessments as required and prepare reports when required. Liaise with clients and address requirements & Coordinate the works and submissions with all other disciplines. Qualification & Experience: Diploma in Mechanical/ Electricals / ITI With 5 & Above years experience can also be considered. Accommodations & Traveling at Sites will be Provided as applicable.
