( OWN HOUSE, BIKE, SMARTPHONE AND ENGLISH)Responsibilities are as follows :-Ensure accurate and timely delivery of Sampling Lab Dips and Strike Off's from the Mills and other Vendors.Sourcing of Fabric Enquiries from vendors.Packing & Dispatch of Goods From Surat Office timely.Creating Invoices and challans.Any other office tasks as assigned.Coordinating and managing large-scale productions in Mills when needed.Inspections of Any Submission before sending them to DelhiUpdating Data and Steps into Forms - Using SmartphoneGiving Sampling Status to Delhi Office for Active Running ProgramsMaintain Cards for SubmissionsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience with textiles and production is preferred.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Self Owned House + Self Owned Motorcycle. -----(Very Important) ( Residential address should be self owned. Not Rented)( These people carry stocks of fabrics from the mills, so we need a person who has his own money invested locally into non movable assets)

Responsibilities - Sales Coordinator Sales Coordinators are in charge of achieving sales goals and maintaining positive customer relations. They help customers by making their needs known while at the same time working hard to achieve company objectives through managing teams that bring new business into the organization or increase existing revenue streams. Coordinate with Party by managing schedules, filing important documents/forms and communicating relevant information. Sales Coordinators are responsible for setting goals and ensuring company quotas and goals are met on a weekly or monthly basis. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related material. They must be able to communicate clearly with others on behalf of the company while maintaining professionalism at all times. Strong leadership abilities are also important along with other key skills such as problem-solving, which allows them to make big picture decisions affecting entire departments. Respond to complaints from Party and give after-sales support when requested Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Monitor the Program progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events if required. They also input data from incoming sales, train new sales representatives, ensure sales orders are delivered in a timely manner to customers. Ensure adherence to laws and policies
