Position Summary:This position is responsible for Residential Sales (Fresh Bookings) at Realsta. This position will be primarily responsible for growing the business by developing relationships with our clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals.Key Responsibilities:- Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Gurugram, achieve monthly revenue targets.- Fixing up an Engagement Meetings with the Predetermined Leads. Showing, consulting, and selling by giving excellent personalized service to the customers.- Intermediate negotiation processes, advice clients on market conditions and prices.- Converting prospects into buyer by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to them, matching the investment need of the prospects.- Scheduling, accompanying and conducting site visits and following up with prospective buyer till closure through managing daily routine calls.- Ensuring all the prospects queries about the projects are addressed.- Moving the prospect to the final stage and closing the sale.- Maintaining records of daily, weekly and monthly status reports to provide timely updates to the Head of SalesRequirements:- 1+ years of progressive experience in residential sales- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- The ability to work successfully in an extremely fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
