Whichever the project would be, we believe in delivering an unparalleledexperience at every step of the journeyJob Description:- Looking after the Commercial Properties available on Lease & Outright basis- Getting detailed information about the property and sharing the details with the Sales coordinator.- Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems- Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals- Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal- Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects- Coordination with team members, back office & Department HeadOther Details:- Experience: 6 months to 3 years (Real estate experience only)- Only Male candidates preferred- Working Location: Western Suburbs- Preferred candidates only from Real Estate background- Vehicle mandatory
