We are looking for a passionate and dedicated PGT Biology teacher to join our educational team in Basti. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching biology at the postgraduate level and nurturing students' understanding of biological concepts.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Teach Biology:** Deliver engaging lessons in biology to students, ensuring that complex topics are made understandable and interesting.- **Develop Lesson Plans:** Create detailed lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards, including objectives, activities, and assessments.- **Assess Student Performance:** Regularly evaluate students progress through tests, assignments, and projects to provide feedback and support their learning.- **Create a Positive Learning Environment:** Foster a supportive and interactive classroom atmosphere where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their ideas.- **Stay Updated on Trends in Biology:** Continuously research and incorporate the latest developments in biology and educational techniques into teaching methods.- **Collaboration with Colleagues:** Work alongside other teachers and staff to implement interdisciplinary projects and contribute to the school community.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should hold a B.Ed degree and must have a strong understanding of biological sciences. Excellent communication skills are essential to explain concepts clearly and interact with students effectively. A proactive approach to teaching and the ability to inspire students in their studies are also important. Candidates should be organized, patient, and able to manage classroom dynamics well. Prior teaching experience, while an asset, is not required, making this a suitable opportunity for fresh graduates passionate about education. Female candidates are preferred for this position.
