We are looking for a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team in Maharshi Nagar, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and providing excellent customer service to help achieve sales targets.Key Responsibilities:1. **Outbound Calling**: You will contact prospective customers to inform them about our products and services while understanding their needs and preferences.2. **Lead Generation**: You will identify and qualify leads, ensuring that potential clients are aware of our offerings and how they can benefit from them.3. **Customer Engagement**: You will actively listen to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information, ensuring a positive experience for every caller.4. **Data Entry**: Accurately record customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our database for future reference.5. **Follow-Up**: You will follow up with leads and customers on a regular basis, reminding them of our services and converting interest into sales.Required Skills and Expectations:We are looking for female candidates with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. A minimum education level of 10th pass is required. Candidates should be comfortable working in an office environment and maintaining a positive attitude while handling repetitive tasks. Being detail-oriented and organized is crucial, along with the ability to learn quickly about our products and services. Flexibility and teamwork will also be key to succeed in this role.
