- Perform Laboratory Tests: as a Laboratory Assistant, You Will Be Responsible for Conducting Various Laboratory Tests Following Standard Operating Procedures to Ensure Accurate and Reliable Results.- Prepare Samples: You Will Be Required to Prepare Samples for Testing By Following Specific Protocols and Guidelines to Maintain the Integrity of the Samples.- Maintain Laboratory Equipment: It Will Be Your Responsibility to Clean, Calibrate, and Maintain Laboratory Equipment to Ensure Proper Functioning and Accuracy of Test Results.- Record and Analyze Data: You Will Need to Accurately Record Data from Tests and Experiments, as Well as Assist in Analyzing the Results to Provide Detailed Reports to the Laboratory Supervisor.- Assist other Laboratory Staff: You Will Collaborate with other Laboratory Staff to Ensure Smooth Operations, Including Sample Collection, Data Entry, and Disposal of Hazardous Materials.skills and Expectations:- Basic Understanding of Laboratory Procedures and Protocols- Proficiency in Handling Lab Equipment and Tools- Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy in Record-keeping- Ability to Work Effectively in a Team Environment- Good Communication Skills to Report Findings and Collaborate with Colleagues- Willingness to Learn and Follow Instructions Carefully.
