This job is for The Internship & Placement Branch of the Rashtriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.This is a 1-year contractual job. May be renewed subsequently - subject to the performance of the candidate.Salary: INR 30k per month, fixed pay (Non-negotiable)This job involves coordination with recruiters. students and the university administration, WFO only.MBA / MSW/ PGD HRM or Management with or without experienceEssential Skills/ Qualities / scope of workDesire to work in the academic institute/university.Good interpersonal skills and can interact independently with students and employers.Good at correspondence with prospective employersPlan, coordinate and execute various on campus / off campus (virtual) job fairs/ placement activities at the universityGuide & motivate students in their preparation to obtain internship and employmentMaintain up-to-date records of internship and placement of each student.To work in consultation with Senior Manager (Internships & Placements) for Industry Institute interaction for organizing lectures from the professionals and industryArrange training programs for soft skills and for interview-facing skills for the students using institutional and external expertise.Ability to work and keep calm under pressure.Comply with university policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.Maintain confidentiality pertaining to all University information and comply with Data Protection Legislation.Perform any other duties as assigned by the offices of the Vice-Chancellor, Pro Vice-Chancellor, Dean & Registrar.Note: Preference may be given to female candidates subject to performance in the Interview.Educational Qualification & ExperienceA candidate with an MBA/ PGD in HRM or Management degree from a recognized University.The candidates who have worked with HR Department of any organization or job placement agency or talent acquisition team or placement cell of college / university will be preferred.
