Roles & Responsibilities After Training (During Working Phase)Once candidates complete the training phase and begin field deployment, they will work as English Language Lab Instructors / School Facilitators. Their responsibilities will include:1. Working Hours: 6 to 8 hours per day (school schedule + reporting duties).2. Classroom Teaching: Conduct lessons in partnered schools using the Rase Up English Language Lab curriculum.3. Content Delivery: Teach only the structured content, lesson plans, and methods designed by the company.4. Record Maintenance: Maintain student attendance Track learning progress Submit daily and weekly reports to the Rase Up Academic Team5. Student Responsibility: Ensure academic growth and discipline in assigned classrooms.6. Professional Conduct: Must be punctual and regular Must follow all rules and regulations of both the school and Rase Up School EdTech Pvt. Ltd.7. Accountability: The instructor will be responsible for maintaining teaching standards and classroom culture.
