1. To take daily readings in log book. 2. To take Daily rounds to all patient and non patient areas & maintaining records3. To attend all facility equipments breakdown calls & maintaining records.4. To attend all plumbing related Problems 5. To attend all carpenter related Problems6. Carried out In House preventive maintenance as per Plan & maintaining records7. Monitor levels and functioning of liquid oxygen tank.8. Monitor level of Domestic & fire water tanks.9. Operate chiller system10. Daily to Check DG set in manual Mode and observe the smoothly functioning and maintaining records11. To Check Daily diesel level, oil level, coolant of DG set and refill if necessary12. Daily to do the Ro plant Filters Back washes.13. To do renovation works of existing areas. 14. To monitor and operate water heating system.15. To monitor hot water supplies in all patient areas.16. Observe the smoothly functioning of mortuary machine. 17. Switch ON & OFF lights and neon signs as per timings.18. Monitor Manifold system Vacuum pumps.
