We are seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the agricultural industry and dedicated to helping farmers improve their operations with our high-quality machinery. You will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and representing our brand in the market.Responsibilities:Identify and contact potential customers, including individual farmers and agricultural businesses.Conduct on-site and virtual product demonstrations, highlighting the features and benefits of our machinery.Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).Create and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.Attend agricultural trade shows, industry events, and local farm shows to promote our products.Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to help inform product development and sales strategies.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and marketing activity summaries to management.
