We are looking for 3 Retail Store Manager Posts in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, with deep knowledge in Retail Sales,Retail Operations,Retail Marketing,Store Operations and Required Educational Qualification is : Other Bachelor Degree 1. Manage and motivate a team of salespersons to deliver exceptional customer service2. Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing at all sections & floors3. Monitor inventory levels and make sure that items are available as per the customers perspective4. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement5. Develop and implement techniques to increase footfall in the store and drive customer loyalty6. Maintain records of daily transactions, including cash-handling procedures, sale reports, and box cash with no difference.7. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate rules & regulations, policies, and procedures effectively8. Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction9. Overseeing the floor managers & sales persons behavior on the floor 10. Should have the general contact information for all the needs of the store like electrician, plumber, security, etc.,11. Preparing the stock wanting list from all the floors and sending the requirement to the warehouse and sending the sale people for choosing the item of their section.12. Observing the team handling of the floor managers and briefing them if any assistance is needed.13. Ability to handle the POS (VENX)& HR software (KEKA)14. Assist with any kind of issue related to billing, payment, and customer-related issues.15. Approving the leaves of floor manager, billing & cashiers based on the sufficient employees presented on the floor.16. Have frequent communication with management for any issue that to get resolved.17. Brief the floor managers about the sales team leaves, attendances, customer feedback, etc.,18. Should be present at the time of opening and closing of the store.

Responsibilities:1. Create accurate and engaging content for our social media pages, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.2. Develop and execute social media campaigns & flyers, and reels that align with our marketing goals.3. Monitor social media trends, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly to improve engagement trafficking.4. Collaborate with the management to ensure consistent brand management.5. Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner6. Create visually appealing graphics using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite7. Up-to-date with new social media features, options, and trends.Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in any stream2. Minimum of 1-year experience in social media management or content creation3. Ability to create engaging content that creates attention with target audiences4. Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail about the item, features, etc.,5. Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics etc, 6. Experience creating designs /illustrations using Canva, Adobe Creative, Corel Draw, or other editing/creating tools. 7. A passion for staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and technologies8. Experience in photography & videography will be added advantage.

The Floor manager has to take care of one floor entire and handling the customer issues, stock management,people managent etc.,

Have to assist the customers in choosing the fabrics as per current trends and if required drawing sketch on the spot or create illustration for the designing part.
