We are looking for a dedicated Shop Helper to assist in our daily operations. The ideal candidate should be a male who has completed at least 10th grade and is eager to learn. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with little to no experience, making it suitable for recent school leavers.Key Responsibilities:- **Assisting with Inventory Management**: Help organize and maintain stock levels. This includes counting items, restocking shelves, and ensuring products are in the right places.- **Customer Service Support**: Greet customers and assist them with their queries. You will help create a friendly environment and ensure customers have a positive experience.- **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Keep the shop area clean and tidy. Regularly wipe surfaces and ensure products are presentable, contributing to a pleasant shopping atmosphere.- **Operating Basic Equipment**: Learn to use equipment like cash registers and basic tools. You will need to handle these responsibly and keep them in good working order.- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other staff members. This includes sharing tasks, supporting colleagues during busy periods, and following instructions from supervisors.Required Skills and Expectations:- A willingness to learn and follow directions.- Basic math skills for handling cash and stock counts.- Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members.- Physical fitness to handle lifting and moving products safely.- Reliability and punctuality in attending work consistently.
