RAJSRIYA GROUP OF INDUSTRIES is IATF 16949 certified, automobile ancillary parts manufacturing company engaged in design, manufacturing and assembly of wide range of products used in automotive vehicles viz., Two wheelers, Three wheelers, Passengers cars, Light Commerical vehicles and Heavy commercial vehicles.

The company was founded by Mrs. Meera Chari in the year 1977 in a small shed in Chennai manufacturing wire wound resistors and later on shifted to an industrial shed in Arumbakkam.Over the course of years it grew and diversified its manufacturing to automobile and electronic components and sub assemblies with two more industrial sheds in Chennai. It further diversified itself to two wheeler components and sub-assemblies in the year 1994 setting up two factories in Hosur.In a period of time , the company has developed in to 9 factories.
