Recruitment policy and other policies related to HR& Manpower Checking, Overall controlling of entire HR & Admin and reporting to the General Manager Admin. Liaison with Government authorities under various Labour laws like Factory, ESI, and PF etc. Labour Act, Factory Act, Fire Office, Local Police Station, Salary & Wages, Contractor Labour Bill &.
