Manage site employee relations/Industrial relations, Lead Long Term settlement to drive labor productivity agenda and building a long term positive ER culture, Administer local Labor relation, Feed local pulse to HRBP, Ensure policy ISO Auditor, Labour Management.ResponsibleforallHR&Adminactivitiesat plant level.Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit Analysis, Statutory Compliances under all Labour Laws, Liasioning with Industrial, Commercial and Government Authorities, Training & Development and Performance Management. Recruitment policy and other policies related to HR& Manpower Checking, Overall controlling of entire HR & Admin and reporting to the General Manager Admin. Liaison with Government authorities under various Labour laws like Factory, ESI, and PF etc. Labour Act, Factory Act, Fire Office, Local Police Station, Salary & Wages, Contractor Labour Bill &.
