As a Telecaller in Noida Sector 2, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. This includes explaining product features, persuading customers to make a purchase, and maintaining customer records accurately.Key responsibilities include making calls to a list of leads provided by the company, effectively communicating product information and benefits to customers, answering customer inquiries, and persuading potential customers to make a purchase. Additionally, you will be required to maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while handling calls.The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to work well under pressure. A minimum education of 10th pass is required, and previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory. Having a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to the job duties is essential for this position.
