We are a leading manufacturing unit based in Ajman, UAE. We manufacture bedsheets, pillow covers, table cloth, duvet covers, etc. Our factory has 50 employees on the machines and around 10 tailors for stitching and seaming. We are looking for a Tailor Master who has full knowledge of sewing machines, workflow process, minimize wastage, try to get work done faster with proper structure, supervise the tailors and bring an overall structure to the tailoring department.Suitable candidates email your CV to : hr@smartbizauditing.com

The Factory Supervisor will oversee daily operations on the factory floor of a linen manufacturing company, ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and promoting a safe working environment. This role requires strong management skills, technical knowledge of bed and bath textile manufacturing, and the ability to manage and motivate factory workers effectively and get work out of them.Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, generate daily/weekly reports on output, quality metrics, and workforce performance.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving manufacturing processes, labor productivity, and cost-efficiency.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory or managerial role within linen manufacturing. Garment industry experience will not be considered.Strong knowledge of hospitality and home linen manufacturing processes, machinery, and quality standards.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and promote a cooperative work environment.Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry.Must speak good English and Hindi.Education:Diploma or Bachelors degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.Suitable candidates send your CV to: hr@smartbizauditing.com
