* Verifies materials loaded or unloaded against work order or bill of lading. *Directs workers to move materials or products to storage areas or production departments. * Trains new employees in job duties. * Performs duties as described under Supervisor Title.* Monitoring daily employee performance* Ensuring customer satisfaction * Managing employee schedules * Handle customer and employee complaints * The ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as standing up for long hours and lifting heavy loads occasionally * Ability to multitask.
