We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting the companys products or services to other businesses. This is a hardcore sales role that requires strong persuasion skills, resilience, and the ability to meet aggressive sales targets.Key responsibilities include prospecting and cold calling to identify potential B2B clients, scheduling meetings with decision-makers, presenting product or service offerings, and negotiating deals to close sales. The candidate will also maintain a healthy sales pipeline, follow up with leads, and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into revenue. Understanding client needs and providing customized solutions will be an important part of the role.The sales executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients and maintain long-term business relationships for repeat business and upselling opportunities. Regular reporting of sales activities, market feedback, and competitor analysis will also be required.The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong passion for sales. Prior experience in B2B or field sales, lead generation, and target-based environments will be highly preferred. This role demands a proactive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
