Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.Generate leads and maintain a call log/report for follow-up.Answer customer queries and handle objections politely and professionally.Maintain and update customer database regularly.Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to pass on quality leads.Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets.Maintain a high level of product knowledge and professionalism during calls.Handle customer feedback and escalate issues where necessary.Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws during communication.

This is onsite full-time roll from 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM Monday to Saturday. Individual must have at least 3 years' experience in a big size organization

Operation & maintenance of softening plant, RO plant, MEE plant. To ensure that the plant is running is safe mode without an incident /accident. Qualification BSC/BE Chemical / Environmental Science.
