In-depth knowledge of the automotive sector and related products is required.Key Responsibilities:o Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.o Set clear individual and team performance objectives, regularly monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.o Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability.o Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share.o Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies.o Ensure sales strategies are aligned with company goals and adapt to market changes as needed.o Identify client needs and offer solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.o Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and performance reports.o Analyze sales data and market trends to refine sales tactics and improve performance.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in Automotive Sector.
