Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning & Scheduling: Develop production plans, set schedules, and allocate labor and material resources.** Quality Control:** Ensure products meet required quality standards and implement quality assurance processes.** Team Leadership:** Supervise production staff, provide training, and resolve issues.** Budget & Cost Management:** Monitor production costs, adjust budgets, and implement cost-saving measures.** Process Improvement:** Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and improve overall workflow and safety.** Coordination:** Liaise with other departments (sales, logistics, procurement) to align production with company goals.** Safety & Compliance:** Enforce safety regulations and maintain a secure work environment. Core DutiesOversee the entire production lifecycle from raw materials to finished goods.Manage machinery, tools, and equipment maintenance.Track production performance against goals.
