Job Description:1. Responsible for incoming/outgoing calls and answering the client queries.2. Handling Permanent Residency Cases/Study Visa/Tourist Visa/ Investor Visa for countries like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany and Hong Kong.3. Provide consultation services to potential clients who are interested in Visa process.4. Handle client queries via emails, telephonic and one-on-one meetings.5. Communicating with clients regarding required documentations.6. Regular follow-ups on old and new leads.7. Responsible for meeting monthly Sales Targets by converting warm leads.8. Counsel individual and corporate cases performing the necessary checks to ensure full client eligibility.9. Understand the clients profile and visa requirement and provide appropriate solutions based on client eligibility.10. Ensure all leads, potentials and cases taken are managed according to Sales Management processes and procedures.11. Research and Develop possible new services to be offered to clients.12. Maintain the updated knowledge of the competitors' products, services and process and also keep abreast of changes in immigration laws that affect our area of business.13. Delivery of outstanding client service which is a paramount to not only to the success of the case but is intrinsic to the culture and values of the organization.
