Handling Walk in Customer inquiry at Showroom. Demonstrate and provide information on promoted products/services Create a positive image and lead consumers to use it Report on demonstration related information. Understand customer needs and requirements. Responsible for understanding customers' needs and making effective pitches to get new business from them, whether it's an individual or organization that requires products/services sold on behalf of his corporate parents. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Follow up with customer. Answering questions about products or the company They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service. Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications. Following up on sales inquiries that are made by potential customers through Walk-in, website chats, emails, and inbound calls.

DTH; STB repairing knowledge.Responsible for fault finding, repair, service & installation of mechanical equipment.Troubleshoots down to the component level, repairsPerform all rework, repair, and test.Repair to include Hardware level -3.Disassemble/ Reassemble down to board & Component levels.Repairs accurately.Handles customer requests for technical assistance.Operates to required company standard.Completes repairs to the required standard and returns them within the designated period

JOB PROFILE:1.Should be very good in communication and team-leading with a positive approach2.Should have experience in electronics repair like mobile phones, set-top box, etc.3.Should have experience in in-process, final inspection and pre-delivery inspection, etc. in quality department4.Should have knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (QMS) & expertise in preparing WI, SOPs, etc.5.Can provide quality training and skill matrix cards according to the training plan6.Should have aware of quality tools like 5S, Kaizen, 3M, ESD, 7QC, etc.7.Must have experience in root cause analysis, CAPA, and 8D.8.Must have knowledge of internal/external and third-party audits9.Should have good knowledge in MIS, computer skills and data analysis
