We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to join our team in Deoghar. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience and should have completed at least the 10th grade. As a Kitchen Helper, you will support the kitchen staff in preparing and serving food while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Food Preparation**: Assist in chopping, slicing, and preparing ingredients as directed by the cook to ensure everything is ready for meal preparation.- **Cleaning Duties**: Keep the kitchen and dining areas clean by washing dishes, utensils, and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.- **Stock Management**: Help with storing and organizing food and supplies, ensuring everything is easily accessible and properly labeled.- **Assisting Chefs**: Follow the instructions of chefs and kitchen supervisors in various tasks, contributing to a smooth kitchen operation.- **Waste Management**: Collect and dispose of waste appropriately, keeping the kitchen environment safe and tidy.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.- Should have completed the 10th grade and possess basic communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn from others.- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items when necessary.- Good hygiene practices and a willingness to maintain cleanliness in all tasks.
