Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our immigration firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing accurate information about visa and immigration services, handling inquiries, and scheduling consultations.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to leads and follow up with potential clientsProvide basic information about visa processes (Canada, Australia, UK, etc.)Maintain call records and update client databaseAssist in scheduling appointments and follow-upsRequirements:Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)Basic knowledge of immigration processes is a plusAbility to handle targets and work in a teamPrior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred
