Key Responsibilities: 1. Provision of information concerning choice of degree, career paths, and admission requirements with regards to different institutions.2. Providing information to choose the best universities according to their profile.3. Provide a personal global career strategy customized to their needs.4. Ensure students attain success in their chosen career path5. Ensuring meeting the sales/ revenue assigned.6. Coordinating with the Admission Department for the student admission timely with regular dues.7. Attending the University training & workshops.8. Establishing and maintaining excellent rapport with prospective students by adding value services.9. Achieve excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising customers on their overseas education and visa needs.Requirement1. Preferably with at least 0-2 years of work experience for Senior Counselors from the same industry.2. Sound knowledge of visa requirements and processes for multiple countries USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Germany, Singapore Europe etc.3. Should have knowledge of the entire process and requirements for study abroad Universities, degrees, Eligibility Tests, processes etc.4. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with people at all levels.5.
