1.Coordinate with customers to understand and fulfill their property requirements.2.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential prospects.3.Identify, source, and list new projects or properties for sale and marketing.4.Arrange and conduct property/site visits, explaining key features and benefits.5.Attend to walk-in clients and convert inquiries into successful sales.6.Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, and field marketing activities.7.Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain a structured sales funnel.8.Negotiate deal terms and ensure successful closure of property sales.9.Ensure all required paperwork and documentation is completed accurately.10.Prepare and maintain daily sales reports, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
